| Everyone must take a test sometimes. If its in school or maybe, you want to pass an HSK test soon. Here are some vocabulary about taking tests.  The first word is the Chinese word for test. Test in Chinese is 考试 (kǎoshì). Another word for test in Chinese is 测试 (cèshì). To take an exam: 参加一个考试 (cānjiā yígè kǎoshì) To pass a test in Chinese is 通过考试 (tōngguò kǎoshì) or 通过测试 (tōngguò cèshì).
